We provide multiple opportunities to receive staff feedback in all aspects of our business and include front line staff on quality teams that develop changes to improve quality of care. Frontier Health’s caring, trained staff are here to help you take action so your child or teen can begin and maintain recovery. We provide comprehensive intensive outpatient and other outpatient treatment at a location close to your home. We’re here to answer your questions and direct you to the level of care your child or teen needs.

TRACES Therapeutic Foster Care provides services throughout Northeast Tennessee, serving youth in state custody, ages birth to 18. Foster parents who are recruited and intensively trained by TRACES staff help prepare youth for reunification with family, or adoption.

Frontier Health is a strong community partner. We provide speakers to schools, community groups, churches, and other organizations.
