Mr. Boisvert and his team have 80 plus years of collective experience in the global insurance markets, with the credibility and relationships to execute the right solutions for the right client. GW Global has offices in Marshfield, MA, Dallas, Austin & Houston, TX and will soon be opening in London, England and San Francisco, CA.

Mr. Hogan joined GW Global on April 1, 2013 as the Group's CFO. Mr. Hogan has 10+ years of experience in the Accounting and Insurance industry. He has served as the VP of corporate development of Pan American Life Insurance Company and most recently as a director at KPMG where he focused on M&A transactions in the financial services industry. While at Pan American, Mr. Hogan led acquisitions that increased revenue by over 50% ($200 million), and assets of 30% ($650 million). He has been involved in more than 25 transactions, with deal sizes ranging from less than $1 million to over $2 billion.

Pam brings 25 years of practical management experience and has a talent for leading start-up operations and implementing technical systems and standards. Her history shows her to have consistently reduced costs while increasing productivity. She has directed individual life, health, and annuity claims administration in addition to a 26 state workers’ compensation case management and utilization review company. Her experience with non-subscribers in Texas began in 1993.
