We offer the entire process of seamless return management which includes: warranty, product tracking,parts management, repair refurbishing, packaging, repackaging, and quality management reports that meet your specific standards. We also do certified destruction for those obsolete or non repairable returns. Genesis is R2; 2013 and ISO14001:2004, ISO18001 certified and is a 0% (ZERO) landfill recycler. Nothing from our processing goes into a landfill.
