Dr. Phillip Sidwell, Ph.D., has been a management consultant for Good Will for over thirty five years. Dr. Sidwell is a licensed psychologist and has specialized in working with family-owned and privately held enterprises throughout the United States. He was a former partner in an international management consulting firm and Director of Advanced Management programs for the School of Business Administration at Georgia State University before entering private practice as a consultant to businesses. Dr.

Mr. Alan Napleton is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Robert Morris College. Until 1990, he worked with one of the country’s largest commercial real estate developers where he became Senior Vice-President in charge of Business Development. In 1990, Mr. Napleton left a successful corporate career to focus his talents and energies on communications within the Catholic marketplace. In this capacity, he became President of CCC of America, a producer and distributor of family entertainment products.
