Description
Our philosophy at Grand Valley Muscular Therapy is that pain does not have to become a way of life. Our goal is to provide our clients with the highest quality of soft tissue manipulation and postural assessment techniques available. We do this by consistently furthering our understanding of soft tissue science and manual therapy techniques.
The Rolf Institute was founded in 1971 by Dr. Rolf to train Rolfing® practitioners and Rolf Movement Practitioners, support research, and promote Rolfing® to the public. There are more than 1000 Certified Rolfers in 27 different countries. The nonprofit organization's international headquarters is in Boulder, CO. There are also offices in Germany and Brazil. Only people trained and certified by the Rolf Institute are licensed to use the Rolfing service marks.
Pat Hughes, Certified Advanced Rolf® Practitioner specializes in connective tissue manipulation and structural and movement integration.
