Great State has been in business in Wilkes County since 1979, initially specializing in the sale of farm, mountain, timberland, and residential properties. The auction division was added in 1984 as a companion venture, but became a main stream part of the overall business in 1991. Owner/Operator W. Randall Woodruff has over 32 years of experience in the field of real estate sales and over 20 years experience in Personal Property and Estate Auctions. Our staff of 12 professionals offer a combined experience of more than 150 Years in the Auction Profession!!
