Former safety director, Steve Collier, used his experience in dealing with his insurance company's demands to develop a safety tool that will benefit all trades. Faced with a strong suggestion from his insurance underwriter to address the grounding issue from more than just the GFCI aspect, Steve set out to comply in the most direct route. Although he is a master electrician, Steve realized that much time could be saved if a program was developed that could be easily used by anyone - regardless of experience or skill. From these simple beginnings Ground Check, Inc. was born.
