Founded in 2006 by a retired Army veteran, GSJ Utility was formed as a business to provide product sales to the many government agencies at the federal, state, county and local markets. GSJ has associates with decades of sales experience and can provide competitive pricing on a variety of supplies such as pipes, valves, piping and tubing fittings, brass, copper, aluminum bus pipe and electrical conduit fittings, poles in wood, steel and concrete; insulators, transformers, wire, cable and other hard commodities.

Primary duties focus on new business development and oversight of all work performed for marketing and sales. Current projects include work for both public and private sector clients. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Ms. Schneeberger is retired from the U.S. Army with over 21 years of experience active and reserve duty in administration, personnel and training operations at various levels including company, battalion, brigade and command. Responsibilities at the 200 plus personnel company level included personnel management and providing administrative support for other areas in unit management, including individual and collective training. At the battalion level, she managed a training budget of a $1 million plus annually for personnel strengths of approximately 1,200 soldiers.
