Description

We service state and federal governmental agencies as well as, the building construction, transportation, utility and petrochemical industries. HTS is a PHA Certified Small Business Enterprise with a staff of 70 professional and technical personnel. Our accreditations include: the American Association of Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA); in accordance with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO/IEC) General Requirements 17025, the Geosynthetics Accreditation Institute (GAI), and the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET). HTS is accredited to perform over 200 different tests all performed in strict accordance with the American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM), National Sanitation Foundation (NSF), American Society of Non-destructive Testing (ASNT), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and others. Additionally, our firm participates in National Laboratory Proficiency Test Sample Programs which cover proficiency sample testing of a broad range of construction materials including geosynthetics, asphalt, concrete and soils.
