Description

Our offices are open 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. We are closed on weekends and Holidays. Please see the Contacts and Locations section for each specific office location. Harris & Smith Obstetrics and Gynecology works closely with our patients and a broad range of insurance carriers to facilitate the reimbursement process. We will file insurance claims for you if required by your insurance plan. For our Medicare and HMO/PPO patients, we accept the contracted payment for our fees, excluding your deductible and co-payment (if applicable). For private pay patients, we require that you pay for your services at the time of your visit unless other arrangements have been made. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and other major credit cards. We participate with many different PPO and HMO plans as well as accepting traditional indemnity insurance. If you are not sure about our provider status with your insurance company, please check with your insurance company or with our business office.
