Mark H. Selman, Principal Mark has spent his career managing and organizing physician practices. From single specialty risk networks to industrial clinics, he has worked alongside physicians for the last decade. Mark has successfully built PPO networks and is versed in all types of provider contracting and reimbursement models. Today, Mark heads up Tall Tree's national marketing efforts and is responsible for sales offices in Utah and Arizona. In addition to leading Tall Tree's sales efforts, he is also responsible for stop loss relationships. Mark is a founding member of the Board of Directors of Tall Tree and holds a master of health administration degree from St. Louis University. Que S. Hansen, Principal Que has more than 25 years of healthcare and insurance experience. He headed up Daniel Freeman Hospitals in Los Angeles for over 17 years. He created Century Health Network, a small group fully-insured health plan, in 1985 and became the owner of New Century Management Company, which insured more than 2,500 Southern California employer groups in the eighties and early nineties. He served as chairman of the board of August International (national PPO). Que went to Nashville in 1994 and built a national PPO network in partnership with hospital corporations based in Tennessee. He lead a group of hospital CEO's to form MMI, now an Illinois professional liability carrier. He returned west to partner in Tall Tree in 1997. Que holds a master's degree in public health from the University of California at Los Angeles.
