Welcome to Heatherfield Heatherfield is a 90+ acre, mixed-land-use...residential, commercial and office, planned unit development located at the far northeast boundaries of the Village of Glenview. Heatherfield's north and east boundaries are Willow and Waukegan Roads, respectively. This development and its sales programs began in 1997; Heatherfield was completed in 2002. Heatherfield contains two round-about entry traffic control circles into the residential community, several open landscaped areas, a gazebo, walking paths throughout the development and a large public park located at the northwest corner of the development. All lands, private and public, are beautifully landscaped and professionally maintained by the Heatherfield Master Community Association, including snow removal for all streets, sidewalks and driveways.
