Intensive Outpatient Services Hegira Programs Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) are structured highly focused services for adults (18 years of age and older) with substance abuse problems and or substance abuse and mental health problems. HPI's experienced IOP professional staff consists of psychiatrists, social workers, psychologists and professional counselors. Our IOP teams work together to ensure that assessments and treatment approaches are comprehensive and individualized. Detoxification Services HPI offers detoxification for adults 18 years and older who require a structured, 24-hour medically monitored setting to safely manage the physical withdrawal from substance of abuse.
