Bruce Heintz, a nationally respected management advisor and facilitator, started Heintz Consulting to help professional services firms and their partners achieve their business and organizational objectives. Prior to that he was a partner in the management consulting division of a Big Four Accounting firm where he led a firmwide industry practice group. Bruce’s background includes: erving more than 30 AmLaw 100 Law Firms, numerous other law firms, three of the Big Four accounting firms and a number of multi-billion-dollar Consulting firms. -Conducting in-person client interviews and client satisfaction assessments at hundreds of companies, including more than half of the Fortune 100. -Advising General Counsel and their law departments at numerous Fortune 500 companies. - Facilitating more than 100 professional services firm partner retreats, meetings and planning processes. -Starting and, for 10 years, heading a Big Four accounting firm’s vertical-market Law Firms Group focused on worldwide provision of audit, tax and business advisory services to professional services firms. -Consulting to other diverse knowledge-worker organizations, such as high technology, healthcare and non-profits. -Working in more than 60 cities in the U.S. and internationally. Bruce has spoken at, or his articles have appeared in, many professional services firm management forums, including the American Conference Institute, American Bar Association, Practising Law Institute, Association of Legal Administrators, Association of Corporate Counsel, Legal Marketing Association, Legal Sales and Service Organization, Professional Management Forum, ALM Law Journal Newsletters, Law Marketing Portal, The American Lawyer magazine and The American Lawyer conference series. He has been quoted in Fortune and The Wall Street Journal. Bruce holds a BS from Yale University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
