Mike also has extensive experience working with commercial real estate clients buying and selling businesses. Prior to establishing the Holiday Law Firm P.C., Mike served as general counsel to a real estate developer, where he prepared and evaluated documentation used in the acquisition, development, construction and eventual marketing of condominiums in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
