Business Consulting We gauge our worth by the personal and business successes of our clients. In addition to acting as a sounding board for management, we provide comprehensive, flexible strategies that address the issues affecting your business.
S Corporation to an LLC : If the corporation was never a C corporation, or wasn't a C corporation within the last 10 years, in most cases, this conversion should be tax-free at the corporate level. However, the tax consequences of such a conversion may be different for the S corporation's shareholders. Since the S corporation is a flow-through entity, and has only one level of tax at the shareholder level, any gain incurred at the corporate level passes through to the shareholders.
