Prior to joining Highmark, Ken was a Director at ADEX, where he developed and managed a national travel nurse staffing division. In addition to Healthcare, he has experience in the Accounting and Finance staffing industry. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Florida.

Cindi brings to Highmark Companies over thirty years of experience in education innovation and reform, including school and district transformation/turnaround. She previously served as Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction with the Wake County Public School System and worked as a director at the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, Community Outreach at NC STEM (MCNC) and the North Carolina New Schools Project. Additionally, she was a senior consultant for the North Carolina Center for 21st Century Skills in the Office of the Governor and for the Teaching Institute for Excellence in STEM. Cindi holds an undergraduate degree in English from North Carolina State University, a Master of Education in Curriculum from Duke University and completed her Advanced Graduate Studies in school administration, policy and organizational development at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
