Our Teaming with Don Wangen in February of 2008, gives you a new option on where to buy or sell your Construction Equipment. Many of you already know us, but for those that don’t, please understand we don’t take our customers for granted. We never have and We Never will. Whether you are a one-man company or a larger operation with many employees, we want your business! Here are a few of the details about our construction equipment auctions: -We sell in one ring. We feel it is unfair to both buyers and sellers to sell in multiple rings. There is a place for multiple ring auctions; we just don’t think construction equipment is one of them. We charge the seller 8% commission at these auctions. "Items selling under $500 are charged 20%" -No Buyers Premium or Handling fee. We are not opposed to a buyer’s fee; we just don’t think it is appropriate for this type of auction. Even at our auctions that we do charge a buyers fee, we don’t charge the seller commission on items that sell for $800 and up. -Online bidding. We take photos and place descriptions on our website. On line bidders can hear the auctioneer and bid in real time with the people in attendance. Internet buyers are charged an extra fee for this convenience. -Sellers can bring items in for sale 14 days before the auction and Buyers have 7 days to remove them after the auction. -Hiller Auction Service inc. is a licensed auto auctioneer. We collect the necessary fees along with a $25 Documentation fee and transfer all titles.
