Gina has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of the Human Resource field. She is currently completing her degree in Human Resource Management and has spent the past 20 years working within the professional level to further her management skills. She has experience working with a wide variety of company types, including working with the city, the state, federal government and in the private sector. Gina offers experience and training at many levels of human resources, including employee training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, accounting, compliant procedures and communications training. Gina has successfully managed small businesses and she has experience with larger corporations. She has many years of experience in building and developing systems in most all aspects of human resources. Gina is currently serving on the Douglas County Board of the Red Cross and the Willow Domestic Violence Group board. She is working on various committees this year, to include The United Way Campaign, Boys and Girls Club and the Lawrence Memorial Hospital Endowment Association.

Rhandalee has over thirty years of experience in the field of Human Resources with the last fifteen years in consulting. After completing her business degree in Human Resources from Wichita State University, she went to work for Fourth Financial Corporation. There she held a variety of positions that included Compensation Analyst, EEO and Affirmative Action Officer, Payroll Manager, Human Resources Operations Manager and finally Vice President of Human Resources Information Services. From the Fourth Financial Corporation, Rhandalee went to Insurance Management Associates, where she developed their consulting group.
