Description

The applicant shall have an education and project background in financial and economic analysis with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of project economic and financial analysis. The project experience for ADB and World Bank projects in the field of transportation, railroad, energy and environment are preferred. The applicant shall be experienced in project cost estimate and analysis, financial analysis and financial sustainability analysis, FIRR and WACC calculations, financial management assessment, price and tariff analysis, and financial sensitivity analysis.

The applicant of international Trade and Logistics Specialist should have a minimum of 10 years experience in international passenger and freight transport, regional cooperation, and tourism and will preferably have experience working in the PRC and its immediate neighbors. The applicant of national Trade and Logistics Specialist will have at least 5 years relevant experience and a good working knowledge of English.
