Help Desk The HRMDirect user helpdesk is available from 8am-8pm ET via email, live web chat, and telephone. All subscribers are entitled to full support by all channels with no service tiers or per-incident charges. The support desk is fully-staffed by Boston-based personnel alongside product development and account management staff to provide maximum business, client, and technology expertise. Included Maintenance Services HRMDirect products are offered as subscriptions and include many important maintenance services at no extra cost.
