Labor requests: All referrals for Union Stagehands will be administered through the office of the Business Agent or his/her authorized representative. 2. Hourly minimums: A "load-in" will usually have a set paid minimum of four (4) hours per load-in period. A "load-out" will usually have a set paid minimum four (4) hours per load-out period. A "recall" will have a set paid minimum of two (2) hours. A recall is defined as a resumption of work within two (2) hours of the beginning of an unpaid break. Work continuing after time off in excess of two (2) hours shall require a set paid minimum of four (4) hours. A work period includes all time worked from the start of the first call of the day until the end of the last call that precedes an eight (8) hour unpaid break. 3. Breaks: Coffee break- Under normal conditions there is one fifteen (15) minute coffee break three (3) hours after the call has begun, or after the trucks are unloaded, or as agreed to by the employer representative and the job steward. Load-outs are exempt from the above "Breaks" conditions. 4. Meals: There will be a meal break five (5) hours from the posted starting time. This break is as follows: either a one-half (1/2) hour paid meal beak if the employer provides a meal or a one (1) hour unpaid meal break if the employees are to provide their own meals. All work done in excess of five (5) consecutive hours, without a meal break (as described above) shall be paid at double the prevailing rate until a meal break (as described above) is provided. 5. Performance/Rehearsal rate: A performance or rehearsal shall be a three and a half hour (3.5) minimum call. This includes the one-half (1/2) hour call time preceding the announced showtime/rehearsal. Hours worked during a performance in excess of the three and a half hour (3.5) period or past the final curtain up to a load-out period will be paid at the showcall hourly rate. 6. Work calls: A work call is defined as an additional labor request for the purpose of maintenance or construction of equipment performances and three hours prior minimum to showcall. A work call shall have a set paid minimum of four (4) hours. A work call
