Role Summary One Programmer with 10+ years of Delta V Batch experience and one Programmer with 5-10 years of Delta V Batch experience OR equivalent experience with “modern DCS Batch control systems”, such as: • Honeywell's Experion® PKS (formerly Honeywell’s PlantScape hybrid control system ) • Wonderware InBatch Software (which manages flexible batching operations with batch management capabilities including recipe management) • Siemens PCS 7 SIMATIC BATCH Brief job description: Provide development and analyst services for DeltaV and other DCS/PLC platforms.

Over the course of almost three decades ICC has built extensive expertise in the Beer & Beverages, FMCG and Pharmaceutical industries. We specialize in cost savings, capacity extensions and quality improvements in batch-oriented production.

ICC and the health and beauty product manufacturer Vi-Jon have been collaborating for several years on specific ad-hoc projects. Recently Vi-Jon invited a team of ICC experts to contribute to Vi-Jon’s 3-year investment plan early in the process to provide a more strategic viewpoint on their manufacturing processes. ICC conducted a ICC Fitness Assessment TM on-site at two different Vi-Jon plants and examined all stages of the manufacturing processes from incoming raw material to warehouse gate.
