Informatix Laboratories Corporation was formed in 1997 and merged later that year with Future Systems, Inc. of Seattle. The privately held company, known as ILC, provides information technology products, management consulting, programming services and customized interfaces to public and private sector health care enterprises. Extensive health care operations and computer systems experience by ILC's founders and staff has yielded highly successful market-specific software applications to meet the demands of health care institutions which utilize the VistA or RPMS Hospital Information Systems such as Indian Health Services, Native Tribal Groups, state government health services agencies, and private health care organizations.
