Karl Hossli, AIA (member of the American Institute of Architects), is Island Improvement’s in-house architect. His expertise includes architecture, interior design and planning. He has more than 28 years of experience in architecture and has been with Island Improvements on Hilton Head Island for more than three years. He is a member of the AIA, NCARB (National Council of Architectural Registration Boards) and is a licensed architect in the states of South Carolina, Georgia and Virginia.

Phil Nold, Director of Sales, has been with Island Improvements for more than six years and has been in the industry for more than 25 years. Phil is involved in every project every step of the way, from the first meeting with a new client, though the design and selection phase, all the way through project completion. He is a member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association.
