J & E Home Improvement, Incorporated, is a general contractor specializing in remodeling as well as storm, water, fire restoration and all others aspects of insurance related repair. Here at J&E we take extra measures to keep our employees and work area safe. We currently have a Workers Compensation rating or .88%, which is strong and shows a history of good management. We also have a State Unemployment rate of 1.3%, which is considered good standing position and shows consistent management. We now offer the process known as Soda Blasting, where a surface is cleaned or paint is removed or coatings of any kind are stripped from a substrate both efficiently and safely. It is very similar to traditional sand blasting yet has the significant advantage of cleaning the surface without causing any harm to the substrate or the environment. It is important to us that while working in your home we disrupt your everyday life as little as possible, which is why all of our sites are cleaned up daily and we use drop clothes, zip poles and plastic to protect your property. To that end we also utilize air scrubbers to minimize the dust and debris through out the unaffected areas of your house. On staff, we have a full time estimator, complete office personnel, and an experienced crew. We use digital cameras and photo printers to provide you with quality photos of damaged if needed. Our estimates are quick, accurate, and easy to read. All crewmembers carry cell phones to ensure proper communication through the entire job. We have a complete fleet of vehicles and equipment at our disposal including a dump truck, stake truck, Kubota, bobcat, several vans, trucks, and trailers. J & E also has good relationships with most of the suppliers in the area as well as subcontractors for every aspect of your job. Customer service is our number one priority. We make every effort to please our clients including billing your insurance company directly and guaranteed completion dates.
