This system is aimed at small businesses and not for profit organizations that have between 5 and 50 workstations and at least 1 server. The system has a fixed monthly rate based on the number of workstations the client has in use. Spam filtering is available separately at the lowest level, but is included for all other levels. The system includes maintenance, help desk services, network services, desktop services, upgrades and more. "This service brings a full I.T. support department to any small business or not for profit company," says the President of Janus, Mr. Mark Wasserman.
