The strength of our trainers stems from them being highly experienced in planning and successfully delivering challenging ERD and Horizontal wells around the globe for over 25 years. All of our trainers are regularly involved in well planning and Hole Condition Monitoring on some of the world’s most challenging wells. All of our courses incorporate the recent advances in complex well technologies together with the instructor’s firsthand knowledge of what works, and what does not.

K&M’s world class ERD Specialists offer unique and unbiased advice on design and execution of complex wells. They use our proprietary and industry leading software , which has been developed and field calibrated for over 20 years to solve many of the industry’s most challenging well constructionproblems. With extensive global experience, focused expertise, and cutting-edge tools, our technical staff is second to none.

In many cases we commence our consultation with clients during the well design phase, we then help them train their operational crews and we provide rig based advisors during the well construction phase to ensure best practices are applied.
