Mr. Ralph A. (Tony) Barnett has 34 years of experience in the DoD military health care and healthcare information technology (IT) environment, with over 25 years of focused experience in systems engineering and healthcare IT architecture and infrastructure. Mr. Barnett served in the United States Air Force as a laboratory officer, Chief Information Officer (CIO), systems engineer, and as architect in the Military Health System. Subsequent to his Air Force service, Mr. Barnett has 15 years senior consulting experience as a Chief Systems Engineer and Architect with emphasis on healthcare IT.

Mr. Walker has 30 years of experience in Business Management for public, private and nonprofit organizations, helping to improve strategic and operational performance by implementing best practices in business, operations and program management. At KSJ, he is responsible for managing corporate business and administrative activities to support Government and non-government customers. He has extensive experience working with executives, senior management and teams; and is recognized as a relationship builder, innovative thinker, solution driven leader and team player. Sam holds a MS degree in Business and Management, BS in Accounting and BA in Economics. He is a National Contract Management Association Fellow and has served in leadership roles at national, regional and chapter levels. He is a US Air Force veteran who received honors for his distinguished service.

Founded in 1996, KSJ is a privately held professional consulting firm that specializes in providing Information Technology (IT) management, technical support, and consulting services to the Department of Defense, Federal and State Agencies. KSJ is headquartered in Falls Church, Virginia and currently has a local office in San Antonio, Texas.

Mr. Karim N. Pirmohamed has over 14 years of business experience supporting various branches of the DoD Military Healthcare System, coupled with over 10 years of focused experience in Contracts and Procurement. Mr. Pirmohamed has served in the capacity of Senior Contracts and Pricing Specialist, and has expertise in years of Business Analysis, Procurement, and Program Acquisition Documentation expertise. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Virginia Tech and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration focused in Healthcare Management from Marymount University. Mr. Pirmohamed has been with KSJ since 2009 supporting Contracts, Pricing, and Acquisition Documentation.
