Founded in 1984, Quadelta, Incorporated is a veteran-owned, small business, headquartered in Arlington, VA. The company provides engineering, technical and administrative support services to the Department of Defense and major defense contractors. Our principle business focus is in the areas of System Engineering for Acquisition Management; Safety and Readiness; and Test and Evaluation. Quadelta's expertise includes system engineering, system assessments, modeling and simulation, program management, technical documentation, research and analysis, and administrative support. The Company qualifies as a small business under the following North American Industrial Classification System codes: The Company's technical staff has extensive technology and management skills, coupled with Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps operational and technical program experience. Over 90% of the Quadelta staff have a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree, and 40% have a Masters Degree in an engineering, scientific or technical management discipline. Many of the technical staff also have additional specialized technical education or training and participate in professional and technical association activities to maintain and enhance their skills. In addition to the permanent full-time staff, Quadelta maintains a cadre of consultants with experience and expertise in business management, research and development, safety and a variety of technical disciplines.
