Mr. Kirch, Founding Partner, has over 39 years of experience in the financial services industry as a senior executive and policy maker. Since the founding of KV Partners LLC in 1991, Mr. Kirch has focused on advisory work for financial institutions and governmental entities, both domestically and internationally. In addition, he has worked on merchant banking and venture capital projects with an emphasis on media, communications and financial services. From 1979 to 1990, Mr. Kirch held various management positions with The First Boston Corporation ("First Boston"), a major financial services firm. He was a member of the Executive Committee, Senior Managing Director, responsible for Global Fixed Income and Chairman of the Capital Commitment Committee of the Credit Suisse First Boston Group. In these capacities, Mr.

KV Partners LLC and its affiliate K. C. Hennessey Associates LLC work with banking, capital markets, asset management, retail and consumer companies to develop, execute and improve products, services and procedures in the global marketplace. We provide assistance to the global structured finance and securitization markets by working with corporations, issuers, underwriters, trustees, bond insurers, collateral managers, and other key market participants. We help clients in all aspects of the financing process, from evaluating securitization strategies to implementation of highly complex securitization transactions. In addition, the partnership participates in venture capital and direct investments. Acting as a bridge between information and execution, we advise global clients considering country-specific investments. Our network of relationships enables us to analyze and develop business plans, connect client with all relative agencies and institutions in public, private and financial services, and introduce and develop applications for the global marketplace.

Mr. Venezia, Founding Partner, has over 41 years of experience in the financial services industry. At KV Partners, he played an integral role in establishing, monitoring and managing the multi-class security financing program for a GSE over a 5 year period. With his partner, Tom Kirch, he conducted a strategic review for a broker dealer analyzing the existing business structure which resulted in a strategic reorganization. In addition, during the last 15 years, he has actively traded an in-house equity hedge fund for the firm. Prior to founding KV Partners, Mr. Venezia was a member of the Management Committee at UBS Securities and the Managing Director responsible for the Fixed Income Sales Division with over 100 employees reporting to him. From 1979–1989, Mr. Venezia was at First Boston Corporation (now Credit Suisse First Boston). As Managing Director, he was responsible for capital commitments of the mortgage product trading group, where he helped create and price a variety of new mortgage products, including the first asset-backed security.
