The IT Group HelpDesk provides assistance with computing, network, hardware, software, and telecommunications problems and questions. Call the HelpDesk at 358-2532 or e-mail the HelpDesk for any of your technology concerns. Stay up to date with IT news announcements for IT status reports and highlights of our services. The IT Group collaborates with campus staff in providing training and instructional services to students, faculty, and staff in the use of information technology.

The Global Education Office (GEO) is available to assist international and exchange students with making the transition to attending Keene State. We provide orientation programs for new students, immigration and visa compliance advising, trips to regional points of interest, cross-cultural adjustment activities, and information concerning on-campus employment.
