Kelso & Easter, Incorporated is a multi-disciplinary architectural design firm with experience in a wide range of project types. Celebrating our 24th year as a design service provider, we have experience in commercial, medical, religious, recreational and institutional architecture. We provide a team of ten highly enthusiastic, creative and talented individuals. Based in Richmond, Virginia, we serve public and private sector clientele in small and large project environments, offering personalized, principal-directed service. Our offices fully integrate the use of Computer Aided Design / Drafting to enhance our commitment to creativity, innovation and cost effective design. We are certified by National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), and hold memberships in the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA). We hold active professional registrations and are licensed to practice in twelve states and Canada, including the Commonwealth of Virginia, the District of Columbia and Maryland. Our professional services have included design and construction document preparation, construction cost estimates and construction administration of a variety of project types. Our design and service philosophy is based on client satisfaction through integrated and technically competent services.
