Kenneth J. Hoffman, P.E. Chief Operating Officer Ken Hoffman is the newest addition to the Kerr-Greulich team, joining the company in 2008 from Southern California. Strong at multi-tasking and facilitating, he is working to ensure that the firm is positioned for healthy growth in the next quarter century. By concentrating on strategic issues as well as the day-to-day operations, Ken has freed up the other senior managers to focus on what they each do best. Ken also uses his construction and environmental background to support the design efforts and offer a new design perspective. Ken likes to work hard and play hard. He has an extensive background on large multi-disciplinary programs both domestically and internationally and a unique blend of expertise across a variety of technical/engineering businesses. His past experience ranges from his career start with Dames & Moore, a large multi-national firm that is now part of URS, to establishing and growing new businesses. - Mr. Hoffman's work with Kerr-Greulich began as a consultant in 2006. The results and experience for both parties were positive and enjoyable; so he joined Kerr-Greulich permanently in 2008. Mr. Hoffman's primary focus is the operation and growth of the business. He also provides senior technical support to the design and construction administration teams, depending on client needs or project demands.
