Transparency – We provide a secure system available through our bank for boards to see all financial transactions. We provide invoices before they are paid, a reasonable administrative fee structure and access to an outstanding vendor community for quotes.

Key Community Management was established in 2002 with the mission of providing unmatched customer service, finding technology that creates greater cost-efficiency, utilizing quality vendors, and offering a community management experience built on trust, consistency and results. The most common concerns we hear from board members and other homeowners during an association transition process is that they never receive return phone calls and emails in a timely manner, if at all. And, prompt and legally-sound resolution of issues and completion of projects was always a challenge.

We provide an emergency contact phone number to call 24 hours a day. The number is provided in our phone automated answering system and is to be used for emergency purposes only.

At Key Community Management we understand homeowners continue to experience increased consumer prices, higher taxes, flat home values and higher HOA dues. We are all homeowners experiencing the same pressures. Key Community Management’s goal is to control company costs and provide a competitive pricing structure to our communities. We determined early on that administrative costs would be difficult for board members to track so we established minimal administrative costs, which include printing costs, postage and mail assembly.

It is our desire to empower board members with knowledge of their association’s governing documents and state law, corporate practices and industry standards because no matter how we help, the job always begins with knowing the industry we serve. We provide a consistent management process to our valued communities so they remain successful.
