California's oldest coffee roaster. Our tradition began in 1867 as Eagle Coffee and Spice Company, serving the pioneer communities in the San Francisco Bay Area. At the Turn of the Century we adopted our new name and turned our attention to specialty gourmet coffee roasting. We maintain our reputation for freshness and quality by selecting only the finest beans available. Our state of the art, environmentally conscious roasting facility, located in the heart of Silicon Valley, ensures consistency in every batch of coffee.
