About Us Kibble & Prentice is a closely-held private company and we have 39 shareholders. Our Board of Directors is made up of internal and external members including: Arnie Prentice, Chair and CEO; Jim Doud, JDD Consulting, Vice Chair; and Jeff Cappel, Distribution Partners LLC.
