David Kriss, after being associated with Stroock & Stroock & Lavan, and Bear Marks & Upham, and Zukerman, Mishaan, Chernuichin & Kriss, formed the Law Offices of David Kriss in 1990, to provide high quality real estate legal counsel to a select group of clients. In 1993, the Law Offices of David Kriss changed its name to Kriss & Feit PC. In 2002, Kriss & Feit PC was dissolved and Kriss & Feuerstein LLP establshed as a partnership between David Kriss and Jerry Feuerstein.

Mr. Klein has experience in a wide range of real estate matters, including the purchase and sale, financing, and leasing of properties nationwide, and the litigation of real estate related disputes. Mr. Klein has particular expertise in commercial loan transactions, where he represents lenders and borrowers in both loan originations and workouts and foreclosures of non-performing loans. Mr. Klein also has extensive experience representing secured lenders in State and Federal Court (including Bankruptcy Court) in New York and New Jersey. Mr.
