Pam joined the mortgage industry in 1990 as a loan processor and has held a variety of positions throughout her career, including underwriter, funder, shipper, loan originator, and retail branch manager. She also has experience in developing branches for large mortgage companies and assisting firms in securing approval for direct endorsement underwriting.
