The program was organized by Richard Litman, US Managing Director of Arabic Innovation Management and Patent Attorney at Litman Law, located in the Washington, DC area. He was joined on the training team by experienced researcher Dr. David Warburton, a research specialist who is Director of the Developmental Biology and Regenerative Medicine Program and Vice Chair of the Department of Surgery at Children's Hospital in Los Angeles, California. The research center is affiliated with the University of Southern California.

Innovation and entrepreneurship comes naturally to Richard Litman. He has been a lawyer for over 30 years. He has been a director of three commercial banks, and is currently a bank chairman. After finishing college at age 15, Richard went on to graduate from law school with honors. Richard also holds two advanced law degrees, including one in Forensic Science and the other, a LL.M. in Patent & Trade Regulation Law from The National Law Center of George Washington University, obtained during a post-graduate fellowship awarded by the Food and Drug Law Institute.

David Warburton leads a team of 60 researchers in developmental biology, regenerative medicine and surgery and is a professor at the University of Southern California’s Keck School of Medicine and School of Dentistry. He has over 30 years of experience in doing high quality research, has hundreds of publications, and speaks at many conferences.

These patent professionals have expertise in information and communication technology, bioscience, energy, water and environmental innovation, as well as a wide variety of mechanical, electrical, electromechanical and chemical fields. The law firm has extensive experience in handling computer programs and business methods.
