Lockridge Tool was founded by Ashford J. Clark in his garage in 1962. Originally a Tool and Die shop, Lockridge Tool Company, Incorporated has evolved and matured into an industry leader in Sheet Metal Stamping, Fabrication and Assembly. Incorporated in 1972, Lockridge moved toward the production side of the manufacturing industry with high volume stampings and secondary machining operations. In 1983 Lockridge added our first N.C. Punch Press, which gave us the ability to offer short run quantities. This allowed our customers to test out their products in the market place without the investment of hard tooling. Realizing the potential of these machines, Lockridge was able to quote shorter lead times and reduce cost, use parallel production capabilities and still offer the high quality parts required by customers.
