Roxanne Bournazian is a registered nurse and a Certified Case Manager. She has extensive experience in the long-term care industry and directs the LTS clinical team.

Noreen Guanci is the Chief Executive Officer of Long Term Solutions. She is a registered nurse with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Noreen has over twenty years of experience in various health care and insurance settings in both direct caregiver and managerial capacities. Much of her experience has been focused in the home health care area and it includes strategic planning, contract negotiation, clinical program development and total quality management for national companies.
