WORCESTER, MASS. – Charles F. Monahan Jr., President of Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, has announced that the College has recently reached agreements to purchase four buildings around its current campus in Downtown Worcester.The buildings to be purchased include 34-38 Mechanics Street, 28 Mechanics Street, 19 Norwich Street, and 11 Norwich Street, and all four properties will remain in the city’s tax rolls, Monahan said.“We are continuing our commitment to Worcester, as evidenced by our $50M Downtown investment, by purchasing the adjacent properties,” Monahan said. “This will allow us to gradually expand our physical space as we add more degree programs to the campus over the next five to ten years.”
