Lauren Lyon joined the Mohr Davidow Ventures team as a Vice President in 2013 and focuses on the Firm’s investor relations and marketing functions. Lauren brings a unique background that pairs marketing/strategic partnerships at a tech startup with nearly a decade of experience in building and scaling institutional fundraising and communications strategies across financial asset classes. Previously, Lauren was the Director of Partnerships for Samasource, a social enterprise enterprise software startup, where she led business development, communications strategy, and fundraising efforts.

Prior to Mohr Davidow, Randy was president and CEO of Telmax Communications, a privately held company that manufactures and markets telecommunication equipment to telephone companies such as RBOCs, CLECs and independent telecom companies. Before that, he spent 20 years in various management positions at Pacific Bell, serving most notably as president of Pacific Bell's Service Operations Division where he was responsible for all customer delivery in the company.
