His role encompasses project management, lead design, and oversight in developing and implementing optimal MEP design concepts. As a LEED-accredited and HERS-certified professional, Mr. Abdelfattah is well versed in sustainable design and green building practices. Mr.

Ozgur Altiparmak is a Senior Mechanical Engineer responsible for the engineering design of mechanical and plumbing systems in renovation and new construction projects. Mr. Altiparmak brings many years of construction field expertise. Additionally, he worked for a year and a half on-site on new natural gas line design and installation. Mr. Altiparmak is trained and certified in the use of energy modeling applications of eQuest and CARRIER HAP.
