The Cool Metal Roofing Coalition was founded in 2002 by five industry trade associations to help the public understand the business and environmental rationale for specifying cool metal roofing systems. The Coalition educates architects, building owners, specifiers, codes and standards officials, and other stakeholders about the sustainable, energy-related benefits of metal roofing.

When NCI launched its Green Building Initiative, it was clear that the best opportunity to impact our communities would be through our customers ? the designers, builders and developers who use our products. Today, NCI and MESCO’s priority is helping our customers reach their green building project objectives by providing ideas, education and solutions. Our sales and customer service professionals can assist customers in selecting and properly incorporating products into their building projects, which can ultimately earn credits toward green building certifications.
