I have been helping client companies, both large and small, fill some of their most challenging and important positions for close to 14 years. My commitment is to my client companies, developing solid relationships and to making successful placements that will thrive and grow within those organizations. I had a wonderful opportunity to begin my career in executive search with one of the nation’s leading retained search firms; running their offices in Chicago and Minneapolis. After eight successful years, I felt it was time to venture out to develop a National Retained Search firm that would express my own vision and would provide the highest level of search expertise to our clients. MJ Search Partners is based in the Twin Cities with branches in Chicago and New York. Prior to starting her career in Executive Search, Mary Jeanne has held Executive level Merchandising and Design positions with large national retailers. Mary Jeanne attended the Fashion Institute of Technology, New York, NY majoring in Business and Retail Merchandising. Mary Jeanne lives in St. Paul with her son.
