M&L Construction is family owned and operated, licensed and an insured general building contractor in S.F. We have been providing general residential contractor services in the Greater San Francisco Area for over 10 years, providing our customers with quality craftsmanship and professional courtesy.

We experienced Mark as an outstanding contractor. Needing to replace our deck we got several contractors to provide quotes. Mark was the first contractor to get back to us and he provided the best price and the fastest completion schedule. He also has an excellent track record on Yelp. Mark included our special requests and completed the job on time and on budget! Marks workmanship is so good it is a pleasure to just look at. Our new deck is beautiful and strong! Mark and his crew, Sebastian and Juan, were professional, and the job site was organized and tidy at all times. With almost 20 years’ experience in framing, our company has the expertise required to help you repair, replace or update all types of San Francisco siding. From plank siding to stucco, we can specialize in exterior siding repair as well as assess any possible damage found once the siding has been removed.

Couldn't have had a better experience with a contractor than this. Mark is so great! My dry rotten fence blew over in the last rain/wind storm and was way far past repair or being propped up...our house was completely exposed. Mark knew how concerned I was about our safety and he quickly came over the day I called for a quote. Even with a busy schedule he scheduled me in 2 days later (came early Monday morning on time) when he and his assistant built an entirely new fence. It was a difficult job with tough concrete to get through and they still managed to do the job efficiently and beautifully. The best part is Mark was so incredibly nice and personable it made the whole experience easier than I imagined. I have a lot of trust in him and his professional abilities, I won't hesitate to call him for any job needed around this old house. His prices were very reasonable and I'm glad to know a contractor that I trust so much. He's also a family man with a family business so that adds to his appeal. Call him!! You won't regret it.
