We have office locations in Raleigh, NC; Morrisville, NC; Clayton, NC; Wilmington, NC; Myrtle Beach, SC & Xiamen City, Fujian Province, China.

At Mangum Design-Build, we work for you. We specialize in NC period home construction, but also offer custom home building services in East North Carolina and beyond.

Mangum is a vertically integrated developer that specializes in building and investing in commercial properties that have stable tenants and long term leases. Our firm has the capability to design and execute projects of all sizes within our areas of specialization.
