Manning & Associates CPAs, LLC was founded in 1980. The firm represents clients in a broad range of business activity. By playing an integral yet independent role in our client’s management teams, we have achieved expertise in a number of industries. Manning & Associates CPAs, LLC is a full service firm providing a broad array of services, including accounting, computerization, auditing, tax, retirement planning, estate planning, valuation and management advisory services.

The professional staff consists of CPAs, CPA candidates, or individuals with college backgrounds, who have well-rounded experience in the accounting profession. We strive to train staff members to work in all areas of accounting by working closely with our seniors, managers and partners to provide a reliable audit support staff. Currently, all staff has experience in government auditing.

For over 35 years, we have made every effort to open the lines of communication with our clients, and potential clients, by responding to your needs with timely, accurate results. Working for Manning & Associates has given me the opportunity to develop a diverse range of expertise in accounting, auditing and taxation; along with providing bookkeeping, payroll and other financial support to clients. I have extensive experience with audits of governmental entities, not-for-profits and small businesses. I also have experience in compliance, software setup and implementation, billing and expense tracking for small businesses with government contracts. In addition, I assist clients with financial forecast/projections, bookkeeping and accounting system setup.

John Manning is the managing partner of the firm. He has over 30 years of experience in accounting and taxation. John serves clients of the firm who represent a diverse spectrum of small businesses in various industries including, proprietary schools, machine and tool manufactures, professional businesses, and non-profit organizations. John annually attends the United States Department of Education Federal Student Aid Conference John is a member of the AICPA and OSCPA and licensed in Ohio, Michigan and Florida.
